They Want to ***** My Car

I drove my VW Scirocco to have it repaired at Monaco Auto Services in Gardens Cape Town. After they took the engine apart they gave me a quote of R48000 which I told them that I will not be able to afford. They then said that I have to pay R3700 for labour. The engine was not put back together, my car no longer starts and now I have to get it towed from their premises. Over and above that, now that I want to pay the R3700 and get my car back, they are charging me R3591 for storage for a car they refuse to release without payment. This means I have to pay about R7291 for a car that they did not even fix. This is **************** of consumers, furthermore they rely on cars being held on lien to hike up storage costs. They essentially WANT TO ***** MY CAR!!!!!
