Bad quality, bad service, bad business.

I bought a jersey for R599 and it was pilling by the end of the day and this is where my complaint started. I was met with surprise and was told that this has never happened, BUT they don’t want to exchange it for the same item as they were afraid that this might happen again (what? Yes, your read correctly). I was over it and asked for my money back. Although their returns policy goes against the CPA, they said they would refund my and almost a year later: nothing. I enquired numerous times. They even said I could keep the jersey proving the worth of the item AND the defect. They never even wanted to inspect it…

Worst service, and way overpriced for what you get. Bad quality - Brilliant marketing though, but thats where it ends. Honestly there are zero moms out there that needs this kind of service, I was so disappointed.
