WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

<p>I will never in my life use Moms UIF ***ist again or recommend them to anyone else.</p> <p>Got no customer service at all. I had to phone them all the time to find out about the status of my forms.</p> <p>Since end November 2015 I have been struggeling with them and till today had no success with my uif.</p> <p>My son is 4 months already and I didn't receive one penny uif yet.</p> <p>Everytime I phoned they gave me the same lame excuse and now that I asked for them to refund me they refuse, they simply say it's my employers fault, even though I did send through the do***entation showing that the company did declare me as an employee.</p>
