Worst assistance ever.

I am not receiving any feedback regarding my UIF claim.<br> I have been waiting 11 months for my UIF claim.<br> I phoned UIF department my self and paperwork was not given or locked.<br> I am now trying to claim my UIF myself, and I am getting a better response from UIF department than from<br> Moms UIF. I paid for a service I am not getting at all. And I am suffering since I did not get paid for 4months and bills are behind. This all due to nothing being done on there part.<br> I ask for feedback from them. And I am not getting any, or when I do, it is a short response and they are blaming UIF. but I am getting thru to UIF department, and getting the help I need.<br> So what other reason are they going to use now???
