Waiting for over 9 months

My wife decided to use Moms UIF as this was part of the brochure at the Morningside Medi-clicnic Antenatal classes. This was 1 month before the birth of our daughter. Our daughter is now 9 months old and after constant follow ups with MomsUif, we are still waiting for our UIF payments. <br> <br> I have already informed the Morningside Medi Clinic of my wife and my experience of being constantly given excuses. We were promised a less stressful, simpler and easier way to claim UIF and this was not the case.<br> <br> <br> We recently found out about U-filing which is similar to E-filing of SARS. I would highly recommend to any parents going on maternity leave to apply for UIF yourselves through the U Filing process. It is much more efficient than dealing through a third party. It is easy to instantly submit missing information as opposed to waiting for months on end, and having to follow up and push others to do their job.
