UIF MOMS ASSIST

<p>I registered with the mentioned company because of the excellent referral i was given by a number of people, however i have had nothing but a terrible experience with them. I gave birth and my maternity started on the 1st July all forms were submitted to them before i began my maternity annd any forms they were awaiting once the baby was born was submitted immediately upon receipt.</p> <p> </p> <p>I only received my first payment from UIF on the 5 September of already being at home 2 months. As time went on i started wondering why i have not yet received my secnd payment.I tried to make contact with The UIF MOMS ASSIST to find out if my forms have been submitted and what is going on. Days and weeks went by and i have not received any response to my emails and the telephone numbers were not working.</p> <p> </p> <p>I started become anxious as well as suspicious. Eventually a lady rep**** to me to say that there was a back log with the department and i should received my money shortly. This all happended in October and i was to return back to work on the 1st Novemebre with Three payments stuill outstanding.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was todl that my last form will be sumbitted on the 4 NOvember and hoepfully everything outstanding will be made in one payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 15th November i am already back to work for my third week, still no word form the UIF MOMS ASSIST.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then decided to go to the department of labour only to find out that all three forms has not been submitted only the first one thus i have not been made. These companies are making money off from people. R500 was paid to them for the convenience however it still caused inconvenience to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not use this company.....</p>
