UIF Claim, No Further Response or Assistance

I paid them for the service of submitting my UIF claim.<br> This was done on 21 October 2014 and I have not received my payment as yet.<br> I have tried numerous times to contact Mom's UIF Assist for feedback on my claim as well as the login details for my account to Ufiling so that I can check the progress, but there has been no response whatsoever.<br> They don't answer e-mails or their phones at all.<br> I have to call the UIF now every week and am getting nowhere as they claim that the companies just dump the paperwork on them and then all is not in order for the claim to be processed.<br> I paid for this service, yet I am only getting marginal service from them.<br> I do not even know if the company is still open and operating.
