This company should be shut down!

My child is now 10 months old. I have only received one payment from the UIF after submitting all of the correct documents to this company and paying them the fee to provide the service they are supposed to provide. I will now be taking legal action against this company but before I proceed I want to warn anyone looking to make use of this company's service. They are absolutely shocking! There are no words to describe the incompetence.
