Terrible service

I sent through all of my paperwork to moms uif assist in November..my baby was born on 4 December and I have still not received my uif..apparently the docs were only submitted in March after numerous complaints and follow ups from me..<br> I have been chasing them and emailing them and basically harassing them..they mostly just ignore me..but they do make sure they have your payment.<br> I then phoned the of labour to see what the delay was and they advised some forms (the ones I sent in November) weren't submitted with my claim...I brough this to moms uif assist's attention and was assured it had been done..but a month later I am advised that they have not been.. I'd get no feedback and no answers. There service has been shocking and I am deeply upset that I entrusted is to them..but word of mouth is a powerful tool and I intend publishing this to even more 3rd pairs if I don't get some answers soon...
