**** by uif assist company

With my 3rd child now, I decided to make use of moms uif asist for my maternity claim. They were very helpfull up until all my documents were submitted. They then started taking very long to respond on queries, they took nearly two weeks to submit my claim to the uif and to date (i have 3 weeks left of my 4 and a half month maternity leave) I haven't received any payment or promising feedback from moms uif assist. I know of another customer who made use of their services and experienced the same problem. As a mom, you need the uif money to get by while on maternity, and so having a company like this take your money and then not delivering on their promise is a major set back with a negative effect on my finances and my new family. I am disgusted with their service and false advertising! Shame on you for not caring about what you do.
