Quick to take money and no service thereafter

I have submitted all my UIF forms via email on 04/02/2015. I have asked on numerous occasions if I can please have feedback on this matter. I have called the telephone numbers provided and none are answered or in working order. How can a company take your money and then just ignore you? We all know of the delay in process at the dept of labour, but seriously, no feedback at all?
