Poorest service I've ever had in my living years

I'm a 1st time mom who recently gave birth to a baby boy on April 21st who now is 3months old. Before going on maternity leave I was told about Moms UIF assist and how they would make my UIF application less stressful by applying on my behalf and following through the whole process. I completed the docs as per the requirements and sent them through and paid the service fee. To say the least my experience has been nothing but stressful as these people have ZERO follow through because I as the client am the one who keeps calling and emailing to check the status of my application with no response. I feel like I should have ditched the middle man and did the application myself. I have been promised on many occasions that I will be updated but that to date has not happened since my application in April. All I'm asking for is to be kept abreast as this is what I have paid for and for my mind to be put at ease. Why make people pay for a promised service that you can't even deliver and what tipped my scale even more is the fact that my name kept being spelt wrong even after I corrected Rozaan. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will never use their services again!!!
