Poor service

I am currently on maternity leave.I admit that the process was delayed due to the fact that I was waiting for documents myself from my employer but once all was received on the 3rd of February 2016 I did foward it to imelda. On the 4th I received a sms stating that my aplication was submitted to the labour department. Correspondence between me and imelda was confirmed that all was received (regardless my application could only be submitted once all documents was received)<br> <br> I tried calling mom uif assist last week for 2 days where the phone was just ringing and never got through. Same as previously in januarie where I'd call and call and call and then eventually get an answer. I'd ask to speak to the lady dealing with my case and she'll be busy on a call (which I understand everyone gets busy at work) I'd then leave a message and no one calls me back to this day.<br> I received a SMS from the labour department stating in documents short again but it was confirmed with imelda that all is received. I tried calling this morning again probably about a good 20times no answer. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Can someone please contact me so I can get the matter resolved!
