Pathetic

<p>My baby is 6 months old already and I have not received one payment. UIF is supposed to be there to assist financially while you are on Maternity leave, but this has not been my case. I have had endless hassles of constant changing of account managers and it's gotten to a point where I have had to tell them how to do their JOBS! Now I am in a predicament and have been telling the 10 million people handling my account, but it feel like they just rub their asses off on me with no sympathy and no extra effort has been made to assist us. . I have been kept on a string since last year November! I have paid for a service and was promised that I was in good hands. Moms UIF Assist was highly recommended from a close friend of mine, but feels that my experience has just been an endless nightmare. Needless to say they have now suddenly closed down and will not entertain refunds.</p>
