No UIF money or service form Moms uif assist

I have had my baby 6 months ago and still havn't received my UIF money!! I went 4 months (maternity leave) without a salary, where my UIF was supposed to carry me through, but nothing, and still nothing!! I have sent through all the necessary (filled-in) documents, over and over again. . .there cannot be anything outstanding yet I am still waiting and nobody ever gets back to me. What a struggle!! So much frustration... thought they were able to \ASSIST\" me, but unfortunately not."
