NO SERVICE OR FOLLOW UP

I paid for the company to submit my claim for unemployment benefits via u-filing. Martie advised that we complete my UI19 a certain way not to confuse the labour department. After 4 months from receiving my payment I still have no benefit paid to me. Her excuse is that I got what I paid for and this is only to submit the claim - if there is a comeback - it is not her work to follow up why the claim was rejected or not processed or paid out. She worked at the department for 18 years and one can see she is just as lazy and useless like the department of labour itself. She has a bad attitude and surely not in the business of assist moms or anybody with claims. She just want to put bread on the table. I drive passed the Head office daily and they even close between lunch hours. The office is a mess and papers and files lying everywhere....PLEASE DO NOT PUT THESE PEOPLE IN BUSINESS BY USING THEM. All she does is passing the buck to the Department about back log in processing from DOL but I'm sure she only assist the people with maternity benefits and the rest can go to hell. They should have told me that they can assist with unemployment benefits as well.
