No service ,no refund

i have paid Mom's UIF R730.00on the 6/01/2016 and to date no one has ever contacted me .<br> i phoned countless times and each time i was promised someone will phone me back.<br> until now no one has ever phoned me in this regards.<br> i don't know why they haven't closed down yet since they have no intensions of offering any service to their clients.<br> my colleague has the same problem with them.<br> i just need my money back that's all.
