No Service Delivery

<p>Upon going on maternity leave I pursued assistance from Moms UIF Assist to provide me with assistance regarding the process whereby UIF can be claimed. All my completed documentation as well as a proof of paymrnt for R500 was sent to Moms UIF Assist as requested before the process can be initiated. To my utter dismay I have received no call fron them to provide me with feedback on my process...I have tried calling them numerous and countless times...with no success...either the phones has a recorded msg on it..or it just rings ! I am disgusted by the level of customer/ client service and will be demanding my money back as it seems that they are either to busy to deal personal with each client or frankly lie about the fantastic assistance they can provide at a "discounted price"!!!!!!!!!!</p>
