No service and won't give my money back.

<p>started my application a month ago. They don't answer the phone and take days to respond on email then do not answer half my questions. Have resent forms 3 times, paid them R500 and they will not give my money back. My application has not even been submitted as yet. preying on vulnerable woman who need the money. Disgusting. </p>
