NO ONE IS RETURNING MY CALLS OR EMAILS

I app**** for my maternity UIF benefit myself. In December I still have not received anything. I phoned Mom's UIF to assist and they were eager to help me. All documents were send to Rozaan. When I followed up I was advised that they are busy with my application. Again I followed up and was told the day before my baby turned 6 months that my application was still not submitted. Now I send between 2 & 3 emails a week to Imelda who assisted me previously and NO RESPONSE. Tried to phone 2 times yesterday and this morning, but NO ANSWER. I would like someone to come back to me because I think this is poor service and very unprofessional. If I was told that they can't assist me by all means then I would not have paid them R500 for the service they claim to offer. But I was told that I can be assisted and send numerous emails and phoned numerous times to find out what the status of my application is. I am fed up in trying to get in contact. I want someone in a higher position to contact me and to assist in this matter.
