Moms uif assist! Assist? NOT!!

I went on Maternity leave 31st Oct 2014 and already submitted my forms to the moms uif assist 2weeks prior. Till 2day (03 March 2015) I haven't got any feedback from them.<br> <br> I had to call them umpteen times and most of the time there wasn't an answer<br> When I do get hold of them, they often rude, Yes that's you ROZAAN!!<br> <br> She even had the nerve to tell me that im not their only client and they are awfully busy. ( Like hello, I paid you to do a service!)<br> Oh yes, she said the people at the labour dpt are slow, well Rozaan they not. I submitted the claim at the Krugersdorp labour dpt and within a week I received the money due to me. A WEEK!<br> <br> absolutely awful service from Moms uif, *********** people and I paid a lot of money for nothing<br> <br> I will not advise anyone to use their service. if you want peace of mind, rather hand in the forms to the dpt 2 weeks prior to due date hassle free
