Moms assist - lack of service

In September 2014 I paid Moms Assist to help me with my UIF when I went on maternity leave. It is now 20th February, I am back at work and I still HAVE NOT received my UIF! In January 2015 moms assist failed to reply to my email follow ups, my husband phoned them more than once and still I did not receive the proper feed back. I eventually managed to get in contact with a person at the labour office via email who Martie at Moms assist was dealing with and this person had rep**** to my every email. I had to go in to the bank AGAIN and get the document redone and I had to go into the labour office to stand in a line for over 3 hours to submit this document AGAIN, I had already sent all documents to moms assist. while in the office, i got told my medical certificate was not handed in. Now trying to follow it up again, I am told that I need to fill in yet another form and go AGAIN into the labour office and submit this form! Seems to me Moms assist will help you till they receive their payment from you and once their payment is in, they lack interest in you as a client! They should be doing the follow up! I paid them for this service!!
