Misleading and Unfortunate Experience

<p>Moms UIF Assist was recommended by some people I knew but unfortunately I did not have the same expereince as some of them. Firstly I paid Moms UIF Assist Pretoria to help me with my UIF, few days later I got an email saying they were closing down and I need to contact the Cape Town Branch or claim myself. (AFTER ALREADY PAYING THEM).</p> <p>After the run around I eventually posted all my documents to the Cape Town Branch and they were able to help me. My first 3 payments came through after following up every single month if my documents was submitted or not. Now for my 4th payment which was due in October, thats another story.</p> <p>They said it was submitted one day, then after following up a week later they said it will be resubmitted, a week after that it hadnt even been submitted yet and it was apparently Belville Labour Department that was behind. Now 3 weeks later I contacted the Belville branch to only be informed that my forms was not submitted as yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>Moms UIF Assist CPT does not have contact numbers that work, they all go to voice mail after 2 rings. I have emailed them and still waiting for a response. :( :( :(</p>
