Maternity UIF Delay

Good Day

I have app**** for maternity claim, my documents have been loaded on the 11 April successfully with no comeback. I have been calling every week for feedback ever since. All I have been told is my application is with the assessor. I have not received a single form of communication in 6 months.

Dec my baby will be 1 and UIF is still approving my application. I do understand there was a backlog but it does not take 6 months to clear that.

I am very disappointed and angry, My UIF has been paid for the last 14 years. I sent the complaints department an email and no response.

Can someone please advise me what I can do.
