Lack of delivery from supplier

I contracted with Moms UIF Assist to help me apply for UIF maternity benefits on 23 Jan 2015. I was advised that I need to pay the full fee upfront for their services and was sent a list of forms which I needed to submit to them.The payment was made and all forms submitted on 23 Jan.On 27 Jan, I received an email asking me to submit the forms again, which I did. Between 27 Jan and 19 Feb, I contacted their offices twice by email and twice by phone to find out the status of the application.i did not receive any response to my emails and upon calling on 9 Feb, was told that the person handling the application is waiting for her laptop to be fixed and would get back to me, which never happened. I called again on 19 Feb, at which time I was told that they would check my documents and give me feedback.after submitting revised documents requested, I am still struggling to get any response from this company. I would definitely not recommend using this company as their delivery is non existent. This non delivery is exacerbated by the fact that you have to pay upfront for the services.They have taken almost a month to check a few forms and lack of response is extremely unprofessional.
