Lack of competency and very bad service

I have decided to use Moms UIF Assist for the second time, after their service was excellent after having my first child. WHAT A MISTAKE!! <br> They do not respond to e-mails if you don not phone them ( several times before you get through)... I was told that my company was not registered for UIF, I made a big noise about it, only for them to come back to me saying \oops
