Is this a ****?

I got this company to file my maternity UIF forms, paid them for the service and provided all said documents to them in order to claim on my behalf. I'm already due a payment and have not received anything yet. When you try calling them on the numbers provided it's unavailable, when you email them no one respond to your emails giving you updates on what's happening. This is shocking that they are able to take your money for a service but not deliver. I just want to warn other moms trying to get them to file on their behalf to try and get someone else to do this as you will struggle just like me getting answers from them.
