Horrible Service!

Like many other mums I used Mums UIF to claim on behalf of me. All my documents where completed and sent through before my leave began, after my baby was born, her birth certificate was sent. a month passes and no payment. I email and Anneke responds after days saying she will follow up with the DoL and get back to me. New month and no response, no payment, I email her again after calling the 3 numbers I have and no answer for two days, Anneke responds saying the DoL is backed up with payment, after a few weeks I email her again and she asks if I submitted the birth certificate, this clearly shows there is no care or control in this company. I forwarded her the BC again, by this time its the 3rd month of my leave. I don't hear from her again, after failing to get her on the phone, I email querying again and she responds saying she will find out why the paymaster has held my payment. by then I called the DoL and they say they await a form and the birth certificate! Seriously? Did I just pay R860 to Moms UIF to mess me around? I find this so pathetic and actually sad, your company supposed to make the process easier for us, that's what we pay for. I still await my UIF payment.
