HASSLE FREE PROCESS

I would like to commend Anel.,Martie and Elisma for the efficient way they handled my claim. From the onset I made certain that all my docs were 100% correct. I think that this is where most of the delays occur. I went on maternity leave on 01/10/2014. Received my first payment by end of that month and the balance reqularly thereafter. All I did was to pop them an email stating that payment was received and they would then submit the next forms for me. I do admit that there were some communication problems along the way but I did not lose faith in them or look for the first chance to discount their service. I also copied Elisma form the CPT branch in so she was also assisting me where possible to speed up my claim. The DOL is also helpful when you send them emails they do respond. I am now going back to work on 01/02/2015. Awaiting my last payment which I know wont be an issue. Thank you MOMS UIF ASSIST.<br>
