Exceptionally poor service

My daughter is 8 months old and they only handed in my claim to the labour offices now! They lost my forms about 4 times, they did not even reply to the first 2 emails where I complained about their service and after 4 emails and phone calls/visits they still did not even know that I have 2 jobs! And I still have not even received a \sorry"from them. I would suggest using a different agency for maternity leave claims."""
