Excellent service received.

I would like to thank Anneke Mienie and her staff members of the Pretoria branch for the excellent service I received. My little one was born this year January. I have tried to submit my claim online with no joy. Every time I phone the Department I heard the same story they were offline or I have to phone them back due to my employment history not being updated after I have send these documents more than one occasion . I was a first time Mommy I had no id?e what to do. I have phoned Mom's UIF Assist and the lady that answered the phone was very help full she explained to me what the problem might be. She has asked me to send my ID which I did. They got back to me and told me they will be able to assist me. I receive my monies within 3 weeks from the date I have send them my agreement and the forms that I have already submitted to the Department in the beginning of January 2015. Thank you Anneke and the Team out off the bottom of my heart I don't know where I would have been without your assistance and helpfulness. I will recommend you to everybody I know.
