DONT USE THEM!!! BE WARNED!!!

We made payment on 03 February 2015. Sent documentation that they needed on 09 February 2015. We then got a mail asking for all these foms on 11 February again... They never pick up their phones, they dont reply on email, and they are now situated in Hermanstad, on the corner of Sannie and Centre Street, in the corner of the centre on Sannie Street side. I did a bit of research on the company to see why I cant get hold of them, saw the xmplaints on Hello Peter and decided to get my money back. I called them, after 20 or so odd calls on the cell number, I finaly got hold of them, and demanded my money back as they are not trustworthy, they were ful of stories so I drove to them. I think Rosie (the lady in the left front corner) was very rude and short off with me. I demanded a letter with a Company logo for proof that I will be refunded, she offered to write it by hand on a piece of paper... I declined. Then on the letter she gave me, it read that an amount of R300 is nonrefundable due to admin fees. (NOTHING was done yet). So I called them ******* and swore at her. She jumped out of her chair, wanting to smack my face, but activated the alarm and demanded that I leave. POOR SERVICE
