Dissapointed

<p>Good day, I acquired the services of Moms UIF Assist last year December&nbsp;to help me claim for my UIF.&nbsp; I have still not been paid out my claim to date and I have to constantly follow up with Mom assist for feedback. Everytime I enquire I get a different story as to why I have not been paid yet. I believe that it is the responsibility of mom assist to follow up with the department of labour and provide me with feedback since I have paid for their services. Feeling dispondent. </p>
