disgusted in thier service

<p>I went on Maternity leave mid September, the contact (only via email) was Anel, she takes weeks to reply, and that's if you lucky at all its got to the point now I get no reply. According to her everything was in order and I was supposed to get my payment within 35 working days which would of been 30th December yet nothing when phoning the DOL they stated there is still a outstanding form.</p> <p>When emailing her no response at all.</p> <p>I want to know can I take this matter further legally? As their service is pathetic and I pray no one else uses them.</p>
