Bad service

I'm so disappointed by the service that a person gets from department of labour,it's been 2 whole months that I have app**** for maternity uif but still no luck in getting the money in my account even go to the department of labour near me to get answers but nothing.This is really frustrating going up and down with a premature baby & standing long lines to get nothing at the end for money I have been paying from 2011 to get such no way I need that money and have bills to pay
