Worst service ever

Absolutely horrible service!!!!! Paid them and sent all my papers through. They assured me that everything is correct and they will keep me updated. After asking where my money is(almost 3 months into maternity leave) they just ignored my email for a whole week. Ended up working with the DOL myself!! Will definitely ask for a refund and stay as far away as possible in the future!!
