Mom's Link to UIF ruined my maternity leave experience. They have zero attention to detail (which is what you supposedly pay them for) and due to them I had to redo bank letters, HR letters etc 3 times (with a newborn). They don't get back to you in a timely fashion and they don't know what they're doing! I am shocked that these people are allowed to keep their doors open! Also due to their lack of doing their job properly, I got paid out R5000 less than what I should've! Mom's to be - you are better off going to the DoL yourself! These people are absolutely useless!
