Absolutely shocking how they can take your money and not do their jobs, now we have to go to department of labor to sort out their mess. They told us we are just waiting for payment, the lady at department of labor says they filled everything in wrong etc. No one answers the phone either. Will expect to be refunded. Apparently they are under new management, maybe they should go back to the old manager, it's the second time we use them, but definitely the last.
