Poor administration and pathetic employees

Moms link to UIF is absolutely pathetic. Their disregard and lack of communication is out of this world. In a time where a new mom needs support and "on the ball" mentally they fail dismally.

4 months down the line my claim has yet to be received. My constant commumication and request for feedback on their side has simply fallen on deaf ears. It also seems that no one knows quite what they are doing or what is going on. I submitted all my documents to them on the 14th of July knowing very well that my bundle would arrive early August (10th). After numerous calls and emails I received an email from them stating my information was not updated on the DoL database, why did they not follow after the 8 weeks they profess constantly? I received said email on the 26th of October an entire 5 days after I had requested immediate feedback on my claim.

Who is running this sinking ship?

It is now the 31st of October and I await their feedback, they have received my money and it seems that they feel their job is done?

Again I ask who is running this show?

I will absolutely not advise anyone to waste their money and precious time...what a sorry excuse!!!
