Previously I used this company in 2015 when I had my firstborn decided to use it a second time in 2019. its 2020 and not one phone call from the NEW MANAGEMENT. The first time the service was OK, had to drop the forms second time everything was ELECTRONIC. THE COMMUNICATION IS SHOCKINGLY HORRIBLE. I would like a FULL REFUND. I'm dealing the the UIF directly as i cannot get hold of them. they do not check emails, automated email of the following: We would like to apologize for any unanswered emails and limited to no feedback under old management.
