**** **** pants on fire!

Previously I used this company in 2015 when I had my firstborn and again in 2017. The first time the service was OK, some minor hiccups, second time round it was great, except they gave me the wrong address to drop my documents, but still great experience. Third time, not the charm! My goodness, the communication is HORRIBLE. But I finally get the "small payment" from DoL indicating my claim is approved. Now for Mom's link to finish it off. I sent a mail, I get a reply of new management, basically slamming the previous management and promising and I quote: "we will assure you that we will provide constant feedback/correspondence in a timeless manner with regards to your claim". **** **** pants on fire! No answer to emails, calls, whatsapp messages (they offer it as an option), even their voicemail is full. NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER!
