Disappointed

Previously I used this company in 2015 when I had my firstborn . I was sooo happy with the service that I recieved and decided to use them again, despite the fact that there were many negative reviews. Sadly this time around their help was not as good as the previous time. I had to make use of another company which got my claim approved within two days. Mom's Link to UIF could not do this in 2 months amd did not g8ve me any concrete reason as to why they were struggling. It is with a sad heart that I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. I wish them all the best and hope their service improves.
