I have been waiting for my maternaty uif to pay out now for the past 3 months. now only they tell me after all my numerous emails that they thought they we corresponding with another lady with the same name as mine and that they havent even sent in any of my documents to the dept of labour. I am fuming!!! They havent even apologised and now tell me i have to bring all my original documents and then only they can take it through to the DoL and that it will then take another 6 -8 weeks for claims to be approved.

I mean if they didnt hear from me (which they thought cause they though i was someone else) why not do a followup? I was dealing with everyone in that office im sure cause everything was confusing.

And also couldnt you see we had 2 different email addresses?? i mean really now.

I am fuming and will definitely not recommend them to anyone!! What a waste of money!! i couldve done this all by myself such a long time ago already.

You are putting me more in debt as you didnt do your job correctly. Hopefully this teaches you to check everything and not just assume.

Also they were apparently waiting for a affidavid which isnt even needed now!!! I mean really what the hell!!!
