disappointing

hi yesterday i called to book a table for 8 people at Momo illovo ,where i have been a patron MANY times - the lady took my name and cell number ...today i called to amend the table booking to 6 people (out of courtesy) ...and my booking couldnt be found !!! -what terrible service . i asked for a table tonight , and no availability inside .

the lady kept calling my Gary (my name is gray ,which i spelt out 5 times) dissapointed that your staff cant even take a booking ...i put the phone down and booked elsewhere. i guess you have enough business , you dont have to treat us properly gray ********** 409
