Bad service

I was out on a Saturday evening with my partner, we arrived at the door to no assistence. We entered and the whole team of waitresses were chilling at the counter. We greeted them and none responded. One of the waitresses was actually eating her life away, right on duty. We were then shortly approached by a lady who was setting up the tables. She didn't even ask us where we'd like to sit she just showed us the table right by the door, which was wide open on a very chilly, rainy day. We ordered our food which was AMAZING as always but we had very little attention from our waitress.
