Best Customer experience

I wanted to give my wife a day to spoil herself as she is very close to giving birth to my second child. I had done a quick search for a spa that would provide massage and spa treatment for mommies to be.

I had found different reviews elsewhere but none on hellopeter hence I thought id share my experience here.

The booking for a voucher didn't go so well as there was a problem on their site, I ended up getting a blank voucher and my wife had not received anything. I contacted the head office and spoke to Carolien. She assured me that IT would fix the problem that was happening with their voucher system. Though they couldn't fix the system problem; Carolien called and messaged me every morning. At first I was really frustrated but at the end of the experience I couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely keep going back for the mere fact that they take pride in providing best customer care. She even ended up providing a complimentary couples upgrade for the trouble caused by the system. I really didn't expect that as she already had been such a star in customer care yet she put the cherry on top with that gesture. We haven't gone for the treatment as yet but I would still recommend Mommy Wellness for they have their customers on top of their priory list.
