Terrible customer service

I purchase a smart flask from the company in November 2018. I only received it in FEB 2019. I asked for a refund many times before it wad delivered but they kept saying i will recieve it within the week but nothing was delivered. When i recieved the item i was not happy with it and asked for a refund the next day. The keep reading my messages but never reply to them. It is very frustating. As a consumer i have the right to get a refund but they completely refused to do so up till today.
