Bad service

The level of poor service l have received (twice now) is shocking. I ordered again after a horrible service because you promised that you will be efficient the next time. I regret ordering again from you. At first communication was good, however after paying l am not getting any response. I have to always follow up and you either go mute or give me excuses after excuses. The tracking number that you gave me 2 weeks ago still says "processing". I have requesting that you refund me but this is also ignored. I am not willing to wait any longer and so tired of your stories.
