****!!!! Bad business ethics

The level of poor service I have received is shocking. At first the communication was good however after paying they just go mute, I have paid for my products but have not received what I paid for to date. Maphefo Malope was the distributor that I was in contact with but after I paid for my products she just went mute, I tried complaining on their Instagram account but it's empty promises. It's companies like this that give black owned businesses a bad name. There's no customer service and they practice bad business ethics. Never again! I just want them to pay my money back, I'm no longer interested in trying out their products
