Another Disappointing Black Owned Business

You guys are so unprofessional. I ordered the summer body package and a tea, and I receive ONE TONIC instead of TWO! To add insult to injury you guys sent my package to WELKOM instead of WELTEVREDENPARK which I clearly stipulated in the messages……and on top of all of it I made my order on the 26th of December and received it on the 30th of January when your profile says 7-14 working days. I understand that businesses have hurdles but it’s sooooooo disheartening that I have to be the one to follow up on my order ALL the time and now that you have gotten my order wrong, NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO RESPOND TO MY QUERY. How would you like me to conduct myself after so much disappointment? Supporting black businesses these days is too hard because of such nonsense!!!!!!
